Day 21

Oh alcohol, I renounce you
Oh winsome friend and perilous foe

You bring such fascinating conversation
To all you impart a beautiful glow
Oh Ketel one and Jacks a plenty
You have brought me many moments of clarity

But they are short lived and always wrong
Come morning when your pain
so vile and punishing
Can only be relieved by the truest of friends:
